DJI continues to impress and demonstrate its leadership in the drone industry with its new DJI Air 3s. This drone follows up on the Air series, and after a year since the release of the DJI Air 3, this new drone arrives as a perfect evolution in every aspect. The DJI Air 3s brings significant improvements in all areas compared to the Air 3 and offers features from both the Air and Mavic lines. In this post, we will take a look at all the new features of DJI’s latest model.
The Air 3s comes equipped with a 1″ CMOS sensor and is capable of recording HDR video in 4K at 120fps with its two cameras. Additionally, it includes a new 360-degree obstacle avoidance system and a next-generation intelligent return and precise landing system with LiDAR technology. This new system creates a 360º “bubble” around the drone, allowing it to detect obstacles in all directions.
The LiDAR also allows it to detect obstacles between 0.5 and 25 meters and functions in foggy or nighttime conditions.
